July 1, 2008 is the date it becomes illegal to drive a car while talking on a wireless device in California!
The first infraction is $20, subsequent infractions are $50. Dialing your phone and speaking on a headset is NOT illegal.

I just got the Jawbone 2’s (black), very stylish, and fairly comfortable, i wish i tried on the original Jawbone Headset as it looks more supporting, however I have always had a problem with earbuds never staying in my ear. They come with a bunch of sizes yet none fit to well, specially the smaller they get, Im still very satisfied with the sound quility.
