When I click the link to download a CAB file it takes me to WinRar.. and asks for a license… Do I need to use Winrar to download the Cab?

Hi I am trying to install the cab file for both the app unlocker and the sms bubble app. I can find the files on my phone after running the activesync however I cannot open the files when I try to there is a prompt stating that there is no application associated blah blah blah. How do I actually open the folder to install onto my phone?
