Restore Factory Default Settings
To restore factory default settings:
- Turn off your Blackjack 2
- Press the Up button on the D-pad
- While holding the Up button on the D-pad, turn the Blackjack 2 back on
- You should immediately see instructions on how to restore your phone to factory settings
Note: if you see the at&t and 3g animations, try again – most likely you were not pressing the Up button on the D-pad when you turned the phone back on.

Thanks for this post!!!!
THIS LITTLE TIP IS ALSO GREAT FOR FIXING BOOT UP PROBLEMS WITH YOU BJ 2.
My phone wasn’t booting up completely and everytime I tried, it would get stuck at the
“WINDOWS MOBILE” splash screen.I tried alot of things:
1. I tried syncing it with my pc to flash it and that wouldn’t work.
2. I turned it on in download mode and that still wouldn’t work.
3. I tried pulling it apart…..of course trhat didnt work either.
4. I even brought it to a ‘techinician’ and that didn’t work either.
FINALLY!!!!!!! A SOLUTION!!!!!
I DID IT ABOUT THREE(3x) TIMES AND THEN JUST LEAVE IT ON AND IT WILL EVENTUALLY MOVE FROM THE
WINDOWS MOBILE SCREEN AND BOT NORMALLY.
THANKS ALOT MAN!!!1
